SUPPORT OUR VENTURA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES

Mission Statement:

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Foundation is an independent nonprofit 501C(3) organization with a sole objective to support the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office (VCSO) tax ID #20-3780163. The Foundation seeks to build community partnerships to enhance public safety in Ventura County with the support of individuals, families and businesses.

The Foundation accomplishes these goals through:

1. Grants to VCSO

2. Sponsor programs for community engagement with VCSO

3. The Grossman Scholarship

4. Sgt. Helus Training Facility

5. Mounted and K9 Training Facility

For the past ten years, the Ventura County Sheriff Foundation has collaborated with their Sheriff Department to host the Shop with a Cop event where under-resourced children are each teamed up with a Sheriff’s deputy to have a special morning to shop for Christmas.
